Terms & Conditions for Our Tattoo Studio
At Jappy jap tattoos, we follow the terms and conditions below as a general policy to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all clients.
Please make sure to read them carefully before making a booking or visiting the studio.
1. Age Requirements
We do not tattoo anyone under the age of 16.
Clients aged 16 or 17 may receive a tattoo only if a parent is present throughout the consultation and the entire tattoo appointment.
Clients aged 18 and over may book and attend their appointment independently.
We may ask for a valid form of identification to verify your age.
2. Health Information
For your safety, please provide us with complete and accurate information about any relevant health conditions, including allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, medication use and infectious diseases.
If there is anything related to your health that may affect the tattoo procedure, please inform us in advance.
3. Risks
Tattooing may involve certain risks, including infection, allergic reactions, scarring and changes in pigmentation.
By proceeding with the tattoo, you acknowledge and accept these possible risks.
4. Hygiene and Infection Prevention
At Jappy jap tattoos, hygiene and infection prevention are taken very seriously. We work in accordance with applicable hygiene and infection-prevention guidelines, including the use of single-use materials, proper disinfection and sterilization where required.
5. Aftercare
After your tattoo appointment, we will provide you with aftercare instructions to support proper healing.
Aftercare is the client’s own responsibility. We kindly ask you to follow the instructions carefully in order to reduce the risk of complications and support the healing process.
6. Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in advance.
7. Use of Photos
Photos of completed tattoos may be used for the Jappy jap tattoos portfolio, website and social media.
If you do not wish for photos of your tattoo to be published, please let us know before or during your appointment.
8. Agreement to the Terms
By making a booking and receiving a tattoo, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
Jappy jap tattoos reserves the right to refuse or postpone a tattoo if there are concerns regarding health, safety, age requirements or any other circumstances that may affect the procedure.
